If you choose to have us build it, a maintenance plan is necessary to keep the platform running at its best You can cancel Renting plans on a monthly basis after finishing the plan (1 year or 3 years) If you purchase the domain, it's completely up to you what you do with it (we suggest you do something wise with it)

The Maintenance & Optimization fee for the Smart Platform depends on: 1. The complexity & size of your Smart Platform 2. Frequency of service (monthly, weekly or 24/7) 3. Additional services such as SEO, SEA, UX, UI, CRO

The purchasing price for a domain depends on: 1. Market (amount of existing penthouses in the domain's geographical area) 2. Property value (average value of a penthouse in the domain's geographical area) 3. Demand (average requests for penthouses in the domain's geographical area per year) 4. Prestige (popularity of the domain's geographical area) 5.
